PLEASE FOLLOW ALL 7 STEPS. THIS APP WORKS BEST ON GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER.

Please note that this is ONLY a TENTATIVE request till Service Provider confirms with you date and time.

STEP 1. SELECT SERVICE AND THEN CLICK ON “SHOW AVAILABLE TIMES”.

STEP 2. CHOOSE PROVIDER AND THEN CLICK ON “SHOW AVAILABLE TIMES”.

STEP 3. CLICK ON ANY GRAY SHADED AREA OR “NEXT MONTH” & PICK YOUR TIME. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE DATES AND TIME ARE “EST” WHICH IS NEW YORK TIME ZONE.

STEP 4. YOU SHOULD SEE THE NAME OF YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER ON THE FORM.  YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION.

STEP 5. ONCE SERVICE PROVIDER CONFIRMS DATE AND TIME, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL REMINDER 24 HOURS BEFORE MUTUALLY AGREED DATE.

STEP 6. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: PLEASE DO CANCEL 24 HOURS IF NEED BE.  STUDENT IS ALLOWED TO HAVE NO MORE THAN 3 MISSED APPOINTMENTS IN THE COURSE OF THEIR PROGRAM.  AFTER 3 MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTIFICATION, STUDENT’S VIP KEY WILL BE INVALID.  TO RESUME, A NEW PROGRAM OR A FEE IS REQUIRED.  THANK YOU.

STEP 7. HOW TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT:

  1. To cancel your appointment, click on “Edit my Profile” on top right corner.
  2. You must be logged in to cancel your appointment(s).
  3. Login here- http://charleneblacer.com/wp-login.php
  4. Scroll till you see your appointment(s)
  5. Check mark which appointment(s) you need to cancel.
  6. Scroll to the very bottom and confirm by clicking on “Update Profile”.
  7. You should not see those appointment(s) anymore.
